holmes_minorAfter having to take some time away, I am very pleased to be back and taking up my share of the modly duties again. Thank you to the staff of the Marylebone Monthly Illustrated for taking over responsibility for the prompts. And thank you so much to my wonderful colleague smallhobbit for keeping things running so smoothly while acting as sole mod.
In tribute to her, the prompt for this month is:
Craft
Making New Year’s decorations, knitting, needlework, writing. The craft of running a household or solving puzzles. Craft can also refer to boats and aeroplanes of course. Or perhaps Mrs. Hudson has taken up witchcraft and rather to her surprise her spells are working…
As always, you needn’t use the prompt if you don’t wish to. Once you’re a member, you can post what and when you want—as long as you keep to the 500 words or less wordcount and the ACD Holmes ‘verse. AUs, crossovers and fusions are all permitted, as long as the characters remain essentially recognisable as the original ACD versions.
