The prompt for this month is:
Wait
Perhaps Holmes is waiting for a new case? Or a criminal is lying in wait? Maybe poor Mrs. Hudson is waiting on Holmes and Watson hand and foot? Or what about Christmas waits—a “group of singers or musicians who formed a band in order to sing and play carols for money around their town or village at night over the Christmas period.”
As always, you needn’t use this prompt if you don’t wish to. Once you’re a member, you can post what and when you want—as long as you keep to the 500 words or less wordcount and the ACD Holmes ‘verse. AUs, crossovers and fusions are all permitted, as long as the characters remain essentially recognisable as the original ACD versions.
Please see the profile for the full posting guidelines!
