smallhobbitFor those of you who were expecting to hear from Mrs Hudson this month, we must once again apologise. It will be Our Gracious Majesty Queen Victoria's Jubilee in two years' time, and it appears Mrs Hudson is on the planning committee for the celebrations. When Dr Watson remarked that this seemed a little in advance, he was informed sternly that preparations needed to be made in advance. Further enquiry has revealed that the main celebration will be some form of gin tasting, and the committee need to decide which gins will be tasted.
In the meantime, we have decided to suggest this month's prompt as being
You aren't obliged to use the prompt if you don’t wish to. Once you’re a member, you can post what and when you want—just be sure to keep to the 500 words or less wordcount and what I understand is referred to as the ACD Holmes ‘verse. AUs, crossovers and fusions are all permitted, as long as the characters remain essentially recognisable as the original ACD versions.
