The prompt for this month is:
Palindrome
Not writing a fic as a palindrome (unless you really, really want to…), but using a palindrome in your story somehow—a date, a number, a phrase. Perhaps two bank robbers are 89 and 98. Or the date is 5/9/(18)95. Or perhaps you might like to use a visual palindrome—a scarf, a shelf of books with mirror image bookends, Watson’s moustache.
As always, you needn’t use the prompt if you don’t wish to. Once you’re a member, you can post what and when you want—as long as you keep to the 500 words or less wordcount and the ACD Holmes ‘verse. AUs, crossovers and fusions are all permitted, as long as the characters remain essentially recognisable as the original ACD versions.
