The prompt for this month is:
Ask a Stupid Question
Maybe Holmes is asking a client a—at face value—bizarre question. Maybe Watson asks a question that Holmes scoffs at, but it leads to the piece of information that solves the case. Or maybe Mrs. Hudson is once again asking the question: “Who the b----- h--- has set fire to my curtains?”
As always, you needn’t use this prompt if you don’t wish to. Once you’re a member, you can post what and when you want—as long as you keep to the 500 words or less wordcount and the ACD Holmes ‘verse. AUs, crossovers and fusions are all permitted, as long as the characters remain essentially recognisable as the original ACD versions.
