Must admit I wasn't expecting anyone to come up with art for this prompt ^^ Excellent.

I like the pun in the title. Maybe the homunculus Holmes lives in Holmes' brain-attic and desperately tries to keep things in order - your picture does rather suggest Holmes surrounded by his thoughts.
