You can put them in jars and have your own home-made Holmes's collection in Mrs. Hudson's lumber room cosplay. :)
I hadn't read it before, but it was part of an audiobook collection of short stories (creepy, scary, something seasonal) and I liked the image of the two hands in the dark. And a floating ghost smile is a tis the season kind of thing.
