Thank you! I consulted the little Dorset cookbook you sent me for the 2 dishes. I wasn't thinking of availability with regard to the chicken as much as cost. I thought it would be rude of Holmes & Watson to ask Mrs. Hudson to purchase chicken at their request. But maybe I'm not thinking about it correctly.
