It made me smile getting a glimpse of the teenage Holmes - as resourceful and unafraid to stand up for himself as ever. But it was also a little heartbreaking - a fourteen year old calmly trying to work out what he could control and change about his body, and having to insist on his own choice of name. It was lovely that the young Sherlock had his mother to support him ^__^

Also, I was very taken with the line: This was followed by an unceremonious thump and an indignant slam of the door. That's such a great piece of description ^__^
