It did make me laugh, Watson sending a toasting fork in memory of Dr. Matthews - with its unfortunate implication of where the doctor has ended up ^__^ Thank heavens Holmes manged to sort things out.
It's a delightful portrait of Mrs. Hudson - I love the wisdom and thoughtfulness you've given her.
